Technical diving is the summit of open circuit diving. Here you will use the knowledge, skills, equipment and experience from all your previous trainings and expand your limits. You can use three or more stage cylinders for decompression and travel gas and will be able to dive to 60-100 meters with unlimited decompression. These programs are suitable for divers from 18 years of age with real interest, not only in diving itself, but also in the theory behind it.

EXTENDED RANGE FOUNDATIONS

This program offers you a workshop to improve the skills for using the Extended Range Total Diving System and the procedures at a high level. All training dives are conducted in limited open water at depths below 12 metres. After completing the program, you will receive SSI Extended Range Foundations certification.

EXTENDED RANGE NITROX DIVING

This program provides the knowledge and skills necessary to plan and conduct limited decompression dives up to a maximum depth of 40 meters and Nitrox mixtures up to 50%. It is the entry to the Extended Range training techniques and skills and can be completed by wearing a standard single-cylinder equipment. After completing this program you will receive the SSI Extended Range Nitrox Diving certification.

EXTENDED RANGE DIVING

The SSI Extended Range Diving program qualifies you to dive to a depth of 45 meters using Nitrox / Trimix mixtures and oxygen up to 100%. The program can only be executed with a complete twinset.

TECHNICAL EXTENDED RANGE DIVING

The goal of the SSI Technical Extended Range Diving Program is to train technical divers. You can dive with your tec-qualified dive buddy and with the help of special equipment to a depth of 60 meters. Such dives include two gas changes and several decompression stops. You will be a certified SSI Technical Extended Range diver (with Trimix) after completing this program.

EXTENDED RANGE WRECK DIVING

This program gives you the knowledge and skills you need to plan and independently conduct limited penetration dives in wreck overhead environments. You will learn how to use specialised finning techniques, lay a safety line and use lamps correctly. You dive in this course with an extended range equipment configuration.
